Loosing Weight with Coffee

Did you know that you could loose weight drinking coffee? Well this is a true face, coffee raises your metabolic rate which in turn makes you burn more calories.

If you want to loose weight and you have a sitting down life style I would suggest for you to drink coffee (check with your doctor first as coffee has some bad side effects if you have heart disease).
