These are the easiest peanut butter cookies you will ever make:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
Mix all 3 ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees F for 8-12 minutes
You can mix in anything else you like, for example:
- Chocolate Chips
- Caramel Chips
- Peanuts
