Banana Berry Shake

For one serving add:

1 Banana
4 Strawberries 
1/2 cup of Blueberries
5 Ice Cubes 
1/2 cup of Yogurt

You can also add some vanilla protein powder if you need some extra protein in your diet. 

Mix in a blender until smooth
